Privacy notice

Amendment Sentinel is a service operated by Truvo Digital LLC. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through amendmentsentinel.com.

Information we collect

We collect the name, company, work email, public solicitation URL, deadline, portal or agency, notes, consent record, submission time, and an internal request identifier. Stripe separately collects payment and billing information under its own privacy policy; we receive transaction records but do not receive full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to evaluate the requested public source, deliver the baseline and monitoring service, send operational messages, prevent abuse, maintain service records, process payments and refunds, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use intake data to train public AI models.

Processors and storage

Request records are stored in a private Vercel Blob store. Vercel hosts the site and server functions. Our transactional email provider delivers confirmations and operational notices. Stripe processes payments. Public solicitation material may be processed with document-analysis tools under Truvo Digital's control, followed by human review.

Retention

We retain intake and service records for up to 24 months after the pursuit closes, unless a longer period is needed for tax, dispute, security, or legal requirements. We may retain limited suppression records longer so we can honor opt-out requests.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing privacy@amendmentsentinel.com. We may retain records that we are legally required to keep. Operational emails about an active request or purchase are not marketing messages.

Security and scope

Do not submit credentials, controlled unclassified information, export-restricted information, classified material, or proprietary proposal files. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
