Service terms
These terms govern Amendment Sentinel, a managed service operated by Truvo Digital LLC. Submitting an intake request authorizes us to inspect the supplied public source. Purchasing monitoring accepts these terms.
Free baseline
The one-time baseline reviews an accessible public solicitation page and its public package as of the review time. We may decline a request because of source access, deadline, capacity, risk, or scope. A baseline is not ongoing monitoring and creates no obligation to purchase.
Paid monitoring scope
The $149 purchase covers one agreed public solicitation for up to 30 calendar days or until its submission deadline, whichever occurs first. It is a one-time service with no automatic renewal. Monitoring starts only after Truvo Digital confirms the source and start time by email.
During the active period, the public source is scheduled for review at least four times each business day and once before a submission deadline that falls within the agreed monitoring window. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, in Eastern Time. Customer-facing material alerts are human-verified against the public source before delivery.
Included outputs
When a material public change is found, we provide the source and posting details available to us, a description of the change, likely effects on scope, pricing, forms, deadlines, or acknowledgement, and a suggested action owner when reasonably identifiable.
Exclusions
The service excludes sources requiring credentials or bypassing access controls; controlled, export-restricted, classified, or proprietary material; bid drafting or submission; signatures or amendment acknowledgement on a customer's behalf; legal advice; and any guarantee of eligibility, responsiveness, compliance, award, profit, source uptime, or detection of changes the agency does not publish.
Native portal or agency alerts should remain enabled. The customer remains responsible for reading the complete solicitation, contacting the contracting officer when needed, making bid decisions, acknowledging amendments, and submitting a timely and compliant response.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide an accurate public URL, deadline, and work email, monitor our delivery messages, notify us of source or deadline changes you learn about, and avoid submitting restricted or third-party confidential information. You represent that you are authorized to request the service for the named company.
Refunds and cancellation
You may request a full refund before monitoring starts. If we cannot access or agree to monitor the submitted public source, we will cancel and refund the purchase. After monitoring starts, the fee is non-refundable except when Truvo Digital materially fails to perform the stated monitoring service; in that case, the customer may request a reasonable full or prorated refund. Agency cancellation, customer withdrawal, an early deadline, or no amendment being issued does not create a refund right.
Service interruptions
We will disclose known monitoring degradation or source inaccessibility that materially affects delivery. We are not responsible for agency portal outages, unpublished or silently replaced information that cannot reasonably be detected, email filtering, force majeure, or customer delay.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Amendment Sentinel is provided on an “as available” basis. Truvo Digital LLC's aggregate liability arising from a paid pursuit will not exceed the amount paid for that pursuit. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bids, indirect damages, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by New Jersey law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions, cancellations, and refund requests may be sent to hello@amendmentsentinel.com. Truvo Digital LLC is located at 156 Renaissance Drive, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003.
These launch terms are an operational contract draft and have not been represented as attorney-reviewed.
